The Gatekeeper System is a key part of my marketing strategy. The system helps me get the word out about Landscaping, Landscape Lighting, Waterfeatures/ponds, Paver Patio’s and retaining walls. Many times I receive an email with a request for a consultation as a direct result of the Gatekeeper System. When I get these emails I already know the customer has been on my web site and done there research about me. In a way, it pre-qualifies the lead for me.
Each month I receive a Gatekeeper report. This shows me a very detailed breakdown of where my clicks are coming from. Based on this info I adjust my key words and add new ones.
I find that regardless of where my initial lead came from, over half the time the customer googles me anyway. It is very comforting for the customer to get my name from a neighbor, then google landscaping, and have me pop up right away.
